Dr. Shirong Zhang

Having obtained her PhD in educational psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Shirong Zhang joined LDE CEL in November 2021 as a postdoctoral researcher and focuses her research on self-regulated learning and technology enhanced learning. She is also a member of the PRogramme of Innovation in Mathematics Education (PRIME) at TU Delft. With her research, Shirong aims to better understand how cognitive and metacognitive processes interact in the context of learning and in what ways does technology transform and facilitate these complex processes.
